40cm DTF printers sit between compact A3 machines and 60cm production printers. They give a wider print area for gang sheets without the floor space of a larger machine, and they need film cut to the same 40cm width to feed straight.
Getting the width right
Check the maximum media width in your printer’s manual before ordering, as some models listed as 40cm accept a slightly different film width. If your printer needs a non-standard width, we can slit to order under our OEM service.
Same coating as every Haiyi roll
The 40cm roll uses the same release layer, ink-receiving layer and back coating as our other widths, so a shop running several printer sizes gets the same transfer result on each.
