DTF Powder

DTF powder is the hot melt adhesive that bonds the printed ink layer to the garment. If the powder melts unevenly or does not suit the fabric, the transfer lifts at the edges or fails after a few washes, however good the print looks.
Haiyi makes DTF powder in the same Foshan factory as our DTF film and DTF ink, and tests the three together, so the powder bonds consistently with the ink layer printed on our film.
How to choose a DTF powder

Fabric: cotton, polyester, blends and nylon each bond differently
Garment color: dark polyester may need a powder that resists dye migration
Design detail: particle size affects fine lines and hand feel
Curing equipment: oven or shaker temperature and time decide how the powder melts
