DTF Film

Haiyi DTF film is coated in our own factory in Foshan, China, on four production lines with a monthly output of 40,000–50,000 rolls. Every roll carries a production batch number, so distributors and print shops can trace any roll back to the coating run it came from.

Thickness: 75µm and 100µm PET, other thicknesses on request
Coating structure: release layer, ink-receiving layer and back coating
Peel type: hot peel, cold peel and warm peel
Finished rolls: 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, 60cm and 120cm × 100m
Jumbo rolls for slitting: 1200mm × 6000m and 1200mm × 4000m on recycled wood pallets, private label and batch numbers available
Shelf life: 12 months
Packing: one or two rolls per carton, or packed to your requirements

MOQ, lead time and OEM
The minimum order is 100 rolls and standard production takes 10–15 days. For OEM orders we can change the width, roll length, core, outer packaging and label. Our film holds OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 Class II, SGS and REACH SVHC reports with MSDS available, and the factory is ISO 9001 certified and BSCI audited.
