60cm is the most widely used DTF film width, matching the print width of most production DTF printers. Shops running these machines often print gang sheets all day, so roll-to-roll consistency matters more than any single roll.
Consistency across bulk orders
Our four coating lines produce 40,000–50,000 rolls a month. Every roll is batch numbered, and you can ask for a reorder from the same coating grade you approved at sample stage, which keeps transfer results stable from one shipment to the next.
Packing for distributors
60cm rolls are available one or two per carton, or in your own cartons with a private label. Tell us your monthly volume and we will plan production to your reorder cycle.
